Why is Lean UX Important?

How to Implement Lean UX?

Focus on outcomes rather than outputs.

Key practices include conducting rapid user research, creating low-fidelity prototypes for quick testing, using design sprints for focused problem-solving, establishing shared understanding through collaborative workshops, and maintaining a culture of experimentation and learning. Always prioritize learning and validation over perfection and documentation.
