Context patterns, also known as design patterns or contextual design patterns, refer to recurring solutions or approaches to design challenges that arise within specific contexts or domains. They are established patterns of interaction, organization, or presentation that have proven to be effective and efficient in addressing common design problems.
Examples of context patterns can vary depending on the domain or context in which they are applied. For instance, in e-commerce, a context pattern may involve a well-designed product listing page that includes essential information, clear product images, and intuitive filtering options. In mobile app design, a context pattern may involve a familiar tabbed navigation pattern for easy access to different app sections.

Context patterns are derived from empirical observations, user research, and best practices within a particular domain. They provide guidance and insights for designers facing similar design challenges, helping them make informed decisions and leverage existing knowledge.
