How we do it Timing: 2 - 4 weeks

  • Understand the available user and customer research that directs the website’s users and their tasks. This may include user personas, user experience journeys, card sorting, experience mapping and more.
  • Map out an information architecture that enhances access to your content and ensures relevancy and usefulness.
  • Test the IA through reverse card sorting with real users and iterate the IA as required.
  • Translate the information architecture for various formats and experiences, including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
