How we do it Timing: 2 - 4 weeks

  • Through highly collaborative workshops, we’ll team with your internal stakeholders and staff to capture valuable knowledge about what you already know about your mobile users.
  • Our mobile persona researchers will then conduct field research with actual mobile users. They will gather both qualitative and quantitative data through diary studies, interviews, and surveys - validating assumptions and gaining new insights.
  • Finally, we’ll capture key points of our research in visualizations of mobile personas that represent each key type of mobile user in a highly visual, engaging way that brings them to life.
