How we do it

  • Understand your operational strategy for experience design. Initial review of your organisation UX maturity with key stakeholders.
  • Team up with you to help select potential candidates for the program and assist in hiring a new candidate.
  • UX/CX sessions in small pods and groups (10x a yr.) on various topics. Including invited speakers, small workhops and facilitated discussion. Held in the early evening.
  • Deliver our UX certfication training to participants. Either CXD or CXR.
  • Monthly individual coaching session to improve day-to-day UX activites and deliver better to objectives.
