How we do it

At the start of this sprint, we create a draft ecosystem map through in-depth internal stakeholder interviews. During our strategic mapping workshops we discuss and capture business goals, past research that illuminates details of the ecosystem.

  • Create our initial inventory - what people, partners and technologies are relevant to the business environment?
  • During the sprint, we identify the frame(s) of reference: who or what is the focus of the ecosystem challenge?
  • Followed by an analysis of the current state of the ecosystem from the stakeholder workshop and potential future states
  • Explore your business implications on the UX strategy, product and/or service design roadmap
