It’s one thing to know that a website’s users find the site difficult to navigate or use, and quite another to know exactly what needs to be done to solve the problems.

How We Do It
After consultation with you to understand your business goals, we will create a web usability test plan and protocol that the diagnosis will follow. We then recruit testers, arrange for test facilities, coordinate test sessions, and record quantitative results, qualitative results and observations.
Methods that we typically use include:
- Structured one-on-one research sessions with website users
- Observing and discussing with users as they complete tasks using the website
- Recording users’ interactions with the site (keystrokes, mouse movements, eye tracking)
We will analyze the results to identify root causes of usability issues with the site. These will be provided in a comprehensive report with prioritized recommendations for usability improvements.
