Understand behavior, context and tasks by interviewing and observing people while they work, live and play. This can take several hours to several days. We capture through audio, photo's, sometimes video while collecting relevant artifacts of the user's environment.
Analysis through maps of service space, retail space and office drawings, gathered brochures, posters, photographs into a walkthrough of the experience from different points of view and usage scenarios.
