Eye Tracking Research
Eye tracking is a well established method to analyze the usability of a product. Eye tracking is used to research why information or functionality is hard to find, use or learn. You will learn where users go back and forth between spots on the page, if they see a link in a heading or buried in the text, how they use their time while waiting for the next page to load and how the different sections on the page will be seen and therefore used and which won't. We analyze where users look and how they use this information to complete their tasks.
Eye tracking can be done in combination with usability testing or user experience testing.
