we test the usability of your new or updated designs

Usability Testing Services

Usability testing or user testing is a well established method to discover issues in the usability of a product, website or service. A usability issue is identified as information or functionality that is hard to find, use or learn.
In our testing, these usability issues are measured by: time to complete each task, human errors made during the test and the human reaction to the tasks in the test.

Akendi does usability testing on-site, remote and in our labs. A typical test involves 3-5 users per user group, so if you have 3 user groups you'd test between 9 and 15 users.

User Testing Plan

We start by creating a user testing plan with the recruiting criteria for the intended users, list the tasks to be used in the testing session and an outline of the resulting report.

Remote Usability Testing and in-house usability testing

We will perform our testing sessions remotely as well as in neutral facilities for blind product testing or on-site in your facilities.
