Usability Testing
Its one thing to know that a product, service or website has usability issues, and quite another to know exactly what needs to be done to solve the problems.
By focusing on how users and customers actually interact with the product or service, Akendi helps to diagnose weaknesses in usability and pinpoint the priority areas for improvement.
How We Do It
After consultation with you to understand your business goals, we will create a usability test plan and protocol that the diagnosis will follow. We then recruit testers, arrange for test facilities, coordinate test sessions, and record both quantitative and qualitative results and observations.
Methods that we typically use include:
- Structured one-on-one sessions with customers and users
- Observing users as they attempt to complete tasks using the product, service or website
- Recording users’ interactions, keystrokes, clicks, qualitative feedback.
- Remote Usability Testing sessions to reach various audiences.
- Sessions can be conducted in English or French.
