Customer Experience Testing Services
Customer experience measurement or testing is a well established method to discover issues in the experience
of a product, website or service. A customer experience issue is identified as brand value, information or functionality that
is hard to find, use or learn.
In our testing, these customer experience issues can be measured by: perceived value, time to complete each task, human errors made during the test and the human reaction to
any tasks in the test.
